Spicy Sweet Chili Whatever

Continually stir the sauce or it will burn
I like to make this spicy sweet chili salmon, but it works for chicken or whatever, too.  The key here is getting the flavorings right for you.  I always need more honey, orange juice, and soy sauce than I think I do.  Just taste things as you go for proportions.  I'm a dumper and a dasher, but very rough estimations of what I use are listed so you have some idea.
Pour honey directly on the salmon, or it will stick to the bottom of the bowl
Salty-Soy Something:
     Soy Sauce (salty)                                             [1/8 cup]
          and/or
Teryaki Sauce (more sweet per unit salty)         [1/8 cup]
Citrus Juice:
     Lime Juice                                                       [1 tsp]
          and/or
Orange Juice (more sweet per unit citrus)         [1/8 cup]
Sweet:
     Honey                                                             [1/8 cup]
     Brown Sugar                                                   [1/8 cup]
Spices:
     Black Pepper                                                  [A little]
Chili Powder (or ground/chopped chilies)         [A lot]

     Mustard Powder                                             [A lot]

[Video Review] NatGeo: Tornado Intercept

Figure 1. Tornado from the video
The first half is really boring and of the "a film-maker has a dream" oeuvre, but the storms are fun to watch and the last part is moderately exciting. Not an excellent film, but certainly not a brain-dripping-from-my-ears film, either.  If you enjoy storm videos, this is a good background movie while doing something else.

Figure 2. Also, you get to watch a guy drive around in this thing.
